Jarrett is such a professional. He is so polite and kind and patient. We had never sold a house before and so we had quite a few questions and Jarrett was always there for us to answer them. His team was top notch, always providing the very best service and compassion and kindness towards my husband and I when we didn’t know what was going on or had more questions. Not only did we get our asking price but we got more than our asking price and it’s all to do with Jarrett’s knowledge of the market, its trends, and what the buyers want. He was always so reassuring when I would get nervous about fixing up something or making the house even better. He reassured me time and again and he was always correct.
